How it all started
Since 1948, Risatti Instruments has been designing and developing functional testing and surge test systems for electronic, electrotechnical, and electromechanical products for both national and international clients. Their engineers specialize in creating custom systems that can be seamlessly integrated into production lines.
Following an extensive research process, Risatti Instruments engaged Synesthesia to achieve two primary goals:
- Create an e-commerce platform
- Develop a website that perfectly aligns with the company’s new brand identity
The solution
Synesthesia developed an e-commerce platform based on WooCommerce. Throughout the design and planning phase, client interaction was ongoing and collaborative. Workshops were organized to focus on analysis and benchmarking, ensuring the involvement of all stakeholders and delivering significant results in terms of UI and UX.
The purchasing experience was tailored to meet client needs, including the option for guest checkout. Key features include:
- Detailed and comprehensive product information pages designed for high usability.
- The ability to customize certain products, with real-time options available to complement the base machine
The website also includes case studies and a dedicated support area. Customer care plays a central role, as evidenced by the inclusion of webinars within the site. These webinars provide valuable information about the machines on offer, further enhancing the customer experience.
