Founded in 2011, Synesthesia is the digital experience company that supports its clients in every phase of a project; accompanying and assisting them through all the marketing and technological steps.
Synesthesia believes in open innovation, synergistic collaboration with start-ups and the positive qualities of inclusion. Our growth is directly linked to the constant search for talent and new opportunities for sustainable development, constant attention to the quality of our services and the well-being of our employees and collaborators.

Defining ourselves is not our forte, we certainly struggle with it. We are a company, but above all we are a group of people who love working together – this is not a figure of speech, just to fill space on the page.
Our 10-year history to 2021, testifies to an important growth, consisting of ideas, projects and intuitions. We are many things, this could be the answer, but primarily we are a team of professionals who have a clear understanding of what it means to communicate, market and create new applications to serve our clients or the community.
Our timeline
Our rapid growth has taken us from just a few people to a company with over a hundred professionals involved, three offices in Italy and exponential growth in multidisciplinary skills and projects.
In January 2022, we became one of the first Italian Benefit Company of our kind, thus putting our mission into practice: ideas, experiences and projects aimed at improving the world around us with a watchful eye on sustainability and the impact on the territory.
