How it all started

Founded in 2013 in Turin, Italy, Creative-Cables has always placed great emphasis on creativity and ‘customisation’, establishing itself as a valuable resource for home décor enthusiasts, interior designers, architects and anyone looking for functional lighting solutions with significant aesthetic impact.

The Synesthesia Commerce team was commissioned by Creative-Cables to

  • Increase e-commerce performance and online sales;
  • Streamline processes and implement a system for measuring results.

The solution

Since 2023, the Synesthesia Commerce team has been providing consulting services for Creative-Cables’ eCommerce strategy.

With an analytical focus on first-party performance data and external benchmarks, the various touchpoints of the customer journey were analysed to identify areas for improvement and understand user behaviour. Synesthesia then provided strategic suggestions for optimising the conversion rate and customer experience.

The results of the analysis served as the basis for regular discussions between the Synesthesia and Creative Cables teams, during which the best, feasible and measurable solutions were identified through agreed analytical frameworks.

Specifically, current consulting activities include:

  • Monitoring, collection and analysis of eCommerce performance KPIs;
  • Defining strategic proposals to improve eCommerce performance;
  • Developing structures for monitoring and tracking the results achieved.

It is always useful to consult with someone who has faced many challenges in the field of eCommerce. We have been selling lamps online for about ten years and we risk getting stuck in some habits or uncertainties that we perceive as immutable.
