How it all started

Robin Wood is a high-impact reforestation project launched in the Piedmont region, led by specialists with extensive field experience. It offers a local, tangible response to the global climate crisis through innovative and sustainable natural resource management. Its mission is to regenerate, one square metre at a time, forest areas and natural environments through targeted, multifunctional, and localised interventions, reviving precious ecosystems, making them available to communities, and producing certified and tangible positive impacts.

Robin Wood also enables companies to support environmental regeneration projects, develop ESG pathways to reduce corporate impacts, and promote team-building activities in the areas targeted by forest projects.

Since 2024, the Synesthesia team has taken over the strategic management of Robin Wood’s social media channels, focusing on Instagram and LinkedIn. In close collaboration with the client’s team, the marketing team thoroughly analysed communication needs and developed a tailored strategy to achieve key objectives:

  • Brand awareness, enhancing the project’s recognisability and consolidating its market presence.
  • Positioning the brand as a key player in environmental enhancement and protection.
  • Communicating the team’s expertise, highlighting the values of transparency, concreteness, and scientific rigour that characterise its solutions.
  • Raising public awareness with an educational approach on topics of general interest, such as ecosystem preservation and biodiversity promotion.
  • Developing engaging, multifaceted communication, with a focus on a B2B audience, to encourage collaborations on sustainability projects with businesses, institutions, and individuals in the region.

The solution

The editorial plan focused on creating social content designed to show how small, everyday choices can significantly impact the environment, while highlighting Robin Wood’s innovative solutions and efforts in forest management and area enhancement. Synesthesia complemented organic social media management with tailored advertising campaigns to increase followers and boost brand visibility.

Additionally, a comprehensive SEO strategy was developed alongside the social media strategy. Starting with a keyword analysis, Synesthesia optimised the site’s structure and content to improve online visibility. The SEO plan also included writing optimised articles for the company blog, with a monthly editorial calendar based on target audience research and interests.
