How it all started

Funded by the European Union, the Ministry of Education, and the Piedmont Region, ITS ICT Piemonte provides professional courses in technology, information, and communications.

ITS ICT’s primary goal was to promote its study programs, services, application procedures, and opportunities associated with choosing a training path at ITS. Specifically, the request involved:

  • Creating a platform to serve as a reference point for students and companies in the ICT education sector.
  • Increasing brand awareness across the Piedmont region.
  • Boosting lead generation and conversion rates for student, teacher, and company applications.

The solution

The Synesthesia Marketing and Technologies teams collaborated closely to achieve the objectives set by ITS ICT. Specifically, the Marketing team defined a digital strategy to strengthen ITS ICT’s primary communication channels through organic and advertising activities:

  • SEO: Website analysis and optimisation.
  • SEO Copywriting: Content creation for the website and blog.
  • Social Media Management: Managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts.
  • Digital Advertising: Running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Data Analysis

The Technologies team developed an interactive, informational platform using WordPress technology, resulting in a tool that is easy to manage and update over time.

Results

Key Outcomes from Digital Marketing Activities:

  • Ranked in the top three positions on Google for 66 relevant, in-topic keywords.
  • A +630% increase in indexed keywords on Google from December 2021 to June 2024.
  • Over a 35% increase in organic traffic in the second half of 2023.
  • 2.2M impressions via Google Ads over the past 12 months.
  • More than 900,000 users viewed the ads, with over 28,000 link clicks during the three-month application period between 2022 and 2023.
