Synesthesia’s Events is the team that oversees the creation of live, digital and hybrid events in different contexts, characterized by the use of advanced and innovative technologies.

Synesthesia decided to combine the technological skills of its Digital Factory, the knowledge of the Marketing and Communication teams, and the experience gained in more than 20 years of event organization and training courses to create a unit specialized in educational and business events.

The shift to new and increasingly innovative solutions has enabled us to involve people from all over the world and to enrich organized events with the presence of international speakers and audiences.

Hybrid or completely digital events


Thanks to our experience and know-how, we are able to create hybrid events that combine the energy and excitement of live events with the use of advanced technological solutions.

The platforms used during events are all customizable and offer the possibility of integrating different technologies into a unique engaging experience.

We put all our field expertise into creating and organizing these types of events, with a team of professionals working closely with our clients to provide effective, tailor-made solutions.

In addition to the traditional services offered, we apply, where required, gamification techniques to increase engagement and improve the experience for our audiences, sponsors, speakers and all stakeholders.

In-person events


The Synesthesia Events team, together with the Marketing team, also takes care of the organization and management of educational, business and corporate events, offering everything a company or organization needs for its presence at trade fairs, exhibitions, conventions, team building sessions: from careful planning of the program to the set-up, from promotion of the event to pre and post-event assistance.


All this is made possible by identifying the most appropriate resources and suppliers (including on-site) and professionally managing the following aspects:
