How it all started

Laminam is an internationally renowned Italian company that revolutionized the world of ceramics and architecture over twenty years ago with the production of large surfaces with reduced thickness. 

Used in exterior architecture, interior design and furnishings, its slabs continue to inspire designers, architects and designers to shape places of living and working, as well as leisure. The philosophy of Laminam is based on a constant propensity for innovation and research, in order to combine aesthetic and qualitative excellence with respect for the environment.

Synesthesia was chosen to support Laminam in achieving the following objectives: 

  • Brand awareness
  • Brand positioning on B2C market too
  • Releases on the main and prestigious magazines of architecture and interior design sectors

The solution

Since 2021, Synesthesia has managed the Press Office and PR activities for Laminam, coordinating the company’s features in both B2B and B2C industry publications across Europe.

Synesthesia also supported the company in its monthly communication activities, providing consultancy on selected topics for the PED, creating creative articles for the company magazine, and writing SEO-friendly content for the website.

Finally, Synesthesia organized and managed the company event “LAMINAM EVOLUZIONE SOSTENIBILE” on November 5, 2021, for the inauguration of a new production line at the Borgotaro facility, achieving significant results.

Results

The “LAMINAM EVOLUZIONE SOSTENIBILE” event, which was 100% sustainable and featured a strong digital component, saw the participation of all Laminam stakeholders, institutions, and key figures from the sector.

Event’s organization involved:

  • Managing and coordinating numerous suppliers and all personnel involved
  • Directing and managing on-site content
  • Defining the event schedule and organizing the Factory tour program for 200 people in under two hours
  • Assisting with all phases of event setup
  • Coordinating all graphic activities, design, and event visuals and concept, including the creation of all graphic materials
  • Managing invitations, newsletters, collecting RSVPs, and addressing the needs of each guest
  • Press office activities before, during, and after the event (press releases, schedule, press review, on-site interview management, sending and managing journalists).

The event generated significant results, greatly boosting the company’s visibility in national media and within the sector.
