The solution

The team’s consolidated experience in managing international events ensured careful organisation and a unique experience for participants, showcasing the traditions and hospitality of Turin and Piedmont.

Synesthesia’s services for the Napcore event included:

• Development of a corporate image
  Creation of the Napcore 2024 logo for immediate recognition of the event
• Organisational, logistical and set-up management
  – Multilingual staff for communication and day-to-day operations involving all event stakeholders (sponsors, speakers, institutions, suppliers)
  – Supervision of partners (venues, catering, graphics, production and printing)
• Ticketing services
  Dedicated registration page, management of registration, accreditation, ticket payments and individual invoicing
• On-site event management
• Coordination and post-production of photo and video services

At the conclusion of the event, a gala dinner was held at the prestigious Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi. The evening included a guided tour of the museum with a welcome harp duo in the Central Hall, an aperitif in the East Wing and a sit-down dinner in the Citroniera.

Results

The survey conducted after the event confirmed a very high level of satisfaction, with scores close to the maximum for aspects such as format, organisation, location and overall duration. The quality of the content presented during the speeches also received unanimous praise, demonstrating how attention to detail and a meticulous approach were key to the event’s success.
