The Italian Commerce Summit<\/a><\/strong> stems from the premise that the e-commerce sector in Italy is fertile ground, with a market value of approximately EUR 54.2 billion in B2C e-commerce purchases in 2023 (+13% compared to 2022) and a stable base of 33 million digital consumers (*source: B2C eCommerce Observatory). Despite this, the Italian market still has significant growth potential.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Launched in Italy by Synesthesia Events<\/strong><\/a>, the B2B event brings together industry leaders, innovators, experts, and decision-makers to share experiences, best practices, and case studies. It delves into current topics such as sustainability in online shopping, the integration of artificial intelligence and security, next-generation personalisation, and advanced data management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event also explored ways to improve user experience, challenges and solutions in B2B commerce, smart supply chains, behavioural psychology applied to e-commerce, and next-generation loyalty strategies. The integrated and multidisciplinary approach of the Italian Commerce Summit allowed participants to examine how these themes intersect, offering a deep and multifaceted understanding of current and future market dynamics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Hosted at the stunning Superstudio Pi\u00f9<\/strong> in Milan, the Italian Commerce Summit laid the groundwork for the future of e-commerce, addressing a senior executive audience. Guido Penasa (Digital Strategist, Transformational Leader in Wholesale, Digital, and Merchandising) moderated discussions featuring speakers from renowned companies such as Trustpilot, IKEA Canada, Glovo, Leroy Merlin, Wella Company, ZEOS (Zalando B2B), Fielmann Group AG, Qapla, Sella Personal Credit, Smart Flow, Politecnico di Torino, Instilla, Synesthesia Commerce, SWIMS, MediaWorld, De Agostini, and Pitti Immagine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
