How it all started<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The project stemmed from the need of the Romagna-based company Carer<\/strong><\/a>, which specializes in the sale of electric counterbalanced forklifts, to host its foreign Pro Truck<\/strong><\/a> partners in Italy and showcase its products.
To ensure a fun and engaging experience, Synesthesia organized days filled with activities typical of the Romagna region, such as tastings of local products, museum visits, and some “adrenaline-pumping” experiences. The days concluded with a visit to the Carer company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The solution<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Synesthesia managed the organization of the event across all phases, involving a dedicated team for event coaching. The team handled the research, management, and oversight of suppliers (catering, hotels, restaurants, entertainment, etc.), the request and collection of quotes, coordination of on-site personnel, and the creation of the event program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
