How it all started<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Reale Group<\/a><\/strong> offers solutions and protection to more than 4.5 million customers in the insurance, banking, real estate and services sectors, displaying one of the highest levels of solidity in the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal: to create four B2C applications for Reale Mutua Assicurazioni and Italiana Assicurazioni customers (for Android and iOS devices) with React Native, that are able to support policyholders ensured customers throughout the entire policy portfolio management phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Relationship between Reale Mutua and its customers is based on the widespread network of Agencies distributed throughout the territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The development of the application has included, among other things, making the goal of making the work of individual agencies quicker and easier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The solution<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We contributed to the development of B2C applications for Reale Mutua Assicurazioni and Italiana Assicurazioni following a thorough analysis, especially focusing on the user experience (UX).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our team handled the entire process, from design and planning to the implementation of the development pipeline, including quality assurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An Agile approach was adopted, with a Scrum team. Reale Mutua Assicurazioni’s Digital Factory participated actively in all stages of the app\u2019s development. Prior to including us in the project, they had already conducted advanced research on flow, design, and development.
We provided essential support, particularly in UX design (UXD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
