The portal has been designed to offer a real advantage to both individuals, who can buy the car without visiting forecourt and garages, and to dealers, who have the opportunity to access a new sales channel by accelerating the rotation of the new fleet.

In order to outline a multi-channel sales strategy, we designed a seamless User Experience by structuring the content to make navigation quick, intuitive and personalised.
Today, using tools to monitor user behaviour such as Hotjar and Fullstory, improvements are constantly made to the UI alongside the use of A/B testing by Google Optimize, allowing us to understand which variations to texts or sections, are performing better in terms of conversions.

The development of the proprietary PHP platform with database in MYSQL and Mongo DB, indexed with Elastic Search, allowed us to guarantee a fast, safe and personalised browsing experience.
Through integration with external payment platforms (GestPay, Paypal) and with the main financial companies (FCA Bank, PSA Bank, Findomestic, Agos, Santander), the portal is able to provide the TAN and TAEG of the requested financing in real time.
The simple and intuitive back-end allows the Miacar team to independently manage all the content on the site and the integration with Agile CRM means it is possible to obtain advanced control statistics in order to constantly improve the customer purchasing process.
